Tell Us the Role. Profiles Follow in Three Business Days.
You do not need a specification, a budget sign-off or a scheduled call to start. A role, a seniority and how many hours a week — that is enough for us to shortlist against. Everything else can be settled once you have seen who is available.

- Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 IST. That overlaps the whole European working day and the first half of a US Eastern morning; for US Pacific, expect a reply when you wake up rather than while you type.
- Mutual NDA on request, before you describe the codebase or share any repository detail.
What Happens After You Submit
- Same working day: an acknowledgement, and any question we need answered before shortlisting
- Within three business days: two or three profiles, with the reasoning for each
- You interview whoever you want to, directly, and you choose
- If we have nobody genuinely suitable, you get told that instead of a filler profile
No sales sequence, no drip campaign, no call booked on your behalf.
Not Sure What to Ask For?
If you know something is wrong but not which role fixes it, a code audit is usually the cheaper first move — it is fixed-scope work and it often defines the hire for you.
Read about code auditsTwo Requests, Two Forms
They go to the same people. They ask for different things because the answers you need are different.
You have a team, a codebase and more work than people. You want someone inside your standup, your board and your pull requests, briefed by you. Use the form above — it asks about the role, not about a project.
What comes back is profiles, not a proposal. There is no scope document to agree first, because the scope is whatever your roadmap says next month.
You want a specific piece of work done and handed back: a code audit, a TypeScript migration, an API build, a performance investigation. That has a beginning and an end, so it gets quoted rather than staffed. Use the general enquiry form below.
An audit is frequently how a hire starts. It tells you what the codebase actually needs, which usually tells you which role to ask for.
A Brief That Gets You Better Profiles
None of this is mandatory. Each line you add removes a round of back-and-forth.
The Stack As It Is
Not the stack you intend to migrate to. A developer joining a codebase with class components and a Webpack config from three rewrites ago needs different experience from one joining a clean monorepo, and both exist.
The First Thing They Own
One concrete piece of work — a screen, a service, a queue that keeps backing up. It tells us far more about the right person than a list of technologies, and it gives the candidate something real to react to in the interview.
Who They Sit With
Whether there is a senior already on the team changes the answer entirely. A sole developer on an unfamiliar codebase needs to be more self-directed than one joining four people who know it well, and that is a different shortlist.
Would Rather Say It Out Loud?
Ten minutes on a call is usually enough to work out the role, the seniority and whether we have anyone worth your interview time. Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 IST.
